Adding an update to my original review. I emailed the company and they reviewed my concern and sent me a replacement at no charge the next day. I am extremely satisfied with the product and especially impressed with the customer service! Thanks again. We are 100% satisfied and would buy again with no hesitation.
Original review: I bought a pair of 2 stools. One is perfect and exactly as ordered. The second has a flaw that is likely not intentional but bothersome because of the crooked mount. The screws that hold the seat to the base are simply machined crooked. You can see from the pictures that it is offset. I did not notice until I assembled them both and slid them under the bar together. It may be a mistake when manufacturing but it clearly not right and obviously out of whack to the common observer. Ill have to reach out to to see if they are willing to correct.
