    losing weight and having fun start easy, I over did it and

    hurt everywhere inside my body the next day. 100 jumps each day for three days and I was already feeling better. After fourth day I upped the count to 125. On the fifth I upped it to twice a day. My insides are tightened up a bit, I can feel the difference. The bar to hold on to helps stabilize this 75 year old body while lightly bouncing. I highly recommends this product for all of humanity!
