Full transparency: I ordered this unit and it was missing some pieces, BUT they were incredibly swift in their response and sent a whole new unit and I didnt have to return the original. They even sent a follow up gift as an apology for the issue. Was such a nice surprise The instructions in the new unit sent were much better than the original sent, and the construction was much better as well. This is a great accent piece in my office. Ill probably buy more pieces from them, even if there is an issue its nice to know they are willing to fix it right away.
