When this product first arrived we were under the impression that the white sections were glossy, that was probably our fault and maybe we missed it in the description? It did take my husband probably 1 to 2 hours to put this together with all the tiny pieces but there was nothing missing and it seemed to go together pretty well. Overall it seems pretty sturdy, the magnetic doors work well, and I love the way that it looks in our front room! We did drill a hole in the back of the top middle shelf so that we could pull some of our cords out and put things in the middle shelves /because there was no access holes . Hopefully it keeps up and lasts us for as long as we need it to last! So far I would suggest this to someone else
