I started to assemble and sure enough many of the corners had been deformed and looked bad. I called customer service and spoke with a representative immediately. She was very kind, professional, apologetic and extremely helpful. She sent me a replacement immediately at no cost and then several weeks later I received an apology card in the mail along with a box of chocolates from . This was a very classy gesture and my wife and daughter loved the chocolates. LOL The damage to the initial box was no fault of . Im sure it got dropped somewhere along the way but they had no problem nor a delay in fixing the issue immediately and the customer service was aming. I will be ordering from them again and I would strongly recommend you do the same.
