One of the main bars to support the bed is too short. The sellers number on the website is bogus. I called and they advised me to contact the seller via email. I did. Did not get a reply from the seller. Called again and sent another bed just so I could receive the one bar to replace the short one. Well that replacement one is also too short. I suspect the manufacturer cut all of them too short. So there a two inch gap between the bottom side frame and the bar that should be flush against it. Dont buy this bed!
