Good product. Setup is pretty straight forward. I recommend reading all the way through assembly instructions to understand how bottom bunk center rail is attached and how ladder is attached. Both of these steps are impacted by early steps and you can avoid having to undo some work. The assembly of the platforms is a very tedious manual process. Other than the assemly issues, the product looks and performs as advertised.
