Overall, we like the bed. It looks very nice, isnt large/bulky and the kids love it. The bed took a bit of time to assemble but manageable. We had no issues with shipping or missing parts. It hasnt been a month yet, and it already squeaks. Our kids are young, so not a size reason. I gave it 4 stars because of the noise.
