After having to deal with Walmart and them damaging my bunk bed, then not replacing it and just refunding me the money, I was just happy had the same bunk bed and had excellent customer service the entire time. There was an error, but I was compensated, and I still received my bunk bed. Its great for my 14 year old sister and myself (Im 19). I highly recommend this bunk bed if youre not looking to spend a whole lot.
