Everything in box, 148$ shipped warehouse deal. Bolts all went in easy, instructions clear, mattresses went on good, foam top/spring bottom. No alignment issues as i kept everything loose till end. Attached 4 crossbars top and bottom spread out, then went back and tightened all bolts. Put together by mtself and took about 1.5 hours. I did not use included allen wrench as i had a socket and allen attachment that made whole job easy.
