I deducted one star bc some of the pieces were mislabed, so assembly took some extra time and one of the major pieces had a very large split in the wood, however their customer service was amazing and made it easy to get a replacement piece sent out way, (thanks)! My children love their new bunk bed and it seems very sturdy.
