Great as ottoman, good as bed, doesn't work in chair mode
I bought this for the guest room and it's fine. Firm, but fine. Unfortunately the mechanism that lifts the back up and down really only works in the down position. No matter who sits on it, the back falls down and does not stay in the chair/chase position. I have to buy a chair to go with the...chair. I considered returning it but who saves a box this size?
