We ordered this chair for the man cave and it fits perfectly in a small room! Comfortable, sleek, put together instantly.. and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was spectacular: above and beyond!!!! Weve been having issues with the FedEx hub near us actually delivering packages. This item initially shipped with FedEx, who hadnt delivered in over a week. Keep in mind, this chair shipped from a location 1 hour away. After contacting FedEx multiple times, I contacted the seller. They wanted to assess the carrier situation as well. 2 days later, I called FedEx back and they notified me the package was damaged. I contacted the seller to update them and ask for a refund or a replacement through UPS. They were extremely responsive and 2 days after that, we had our chair. Highly recommend the product, and always great to support a company that displays such excellent customer service.
