The couch is not terribly heavy, and it comes in few pieces, making install simple.for two people. Install by a single individual would likely be difficult. The couch material and filling is soft yet it holds up well. The color is a nice neutral, and the fabric is very easy to clean, as we have had to do several times already with a young child playing on it. Speaking of its sturdiness, it is sturdy enough that a 40lb child can jump on the couch with no problem.
