This bed is gorgeous and just what we were looking for and for the price. Did a whole room makeover for my kids and my 16yr old son put this bed together, for the most part, by himself. It took about 4 hours. We get to the end to install the USB port and find it doesnt work properly. No big deal right? I contact the company BUT.... 8 email exchanges later and the problem is not fixed. Just ship the new usb port!!!! Thank goodness I wasnt something important missing. I can imagine how frustrating that would be. Customer service response is ridiculous but beautiful sturdy bed.
