The luggage came very fast it was packaged very nicely I use this for a trip to go to the Dominican republic so I needed something that was going to withstand being transferred multiple times straight out the box this is what happened it wasnt able to lift all the way however I needed to use it immediately and had to deal with it I luggage handled very well I have a trip the only fault was the handle
