    Handle broke on second trip

    Update 2 (12/9/21): Coollife has been trying to contact me by phone for 5 or 6 days and I finally got around to answering while they were calling. They decided to refund me another $50 on top of the other $50 they originally refunded due to my 1 star review. I have updated the review to 4 stars because they could have just originally given me the $70 I had asked for to replace the suitcase 2 weeks ago. The 4 star update is because they have remedied the situation, but it should not have taken this long. --------------------------------------- Update: has partially mended the situation, but I think more could have been done. They offered a refund of $40 due to the time and hassle of sending me a replacement bag, but a new comparable suitcase from cannot be purchased for less than $90 dollars. I asked for a refund of $70 to offset buying a new suitcase from. I originally paid $180 for the set of 3 suitcases, but they said the max refund if $50 which is less than a third of the total cost for three. I asked about the replacement process and they gave me a link to a suitcase they could send me that was $109, but I could not guarantee arrival before I go on my next vacation this week. Keeping my review at 1 star partially for the product breaking during the second trip out having it less than two months. Also because more could have been done from a warranty standpoint because if it was a year old, I can understand $50, but less than 3 months should have been a full refund or the replacement options shouldn't have sounded like such a hassle for them. -------------------------------- On only the second trip since we bought the luggage almost exactly two months ago to the date, the handle on the mid size suitcase snapped from the shell. Had no issues on the first trip, but on this trip we were just carrying it up stairs and it broke off. I have purchased three sets of luggage in total and this is the first one I have had issues with. I hope Honors their warranty and replaces it asap as I have another trip coming up soon on December 3rd and will need it.
