    They won't replace if broken...

    After reading my comment their customer service reached out and offered a $100 refund, I'll take what I can get. ------ Im writing this review after reaching out to their customer service team. The largest luggage ripped after 2 uses (see picture attached), so now there is a hole and I can see my clothes. Im very careful with my luggage so I assume this happened with all the pulling and moving around at airports. When I reached out to their team for either a replacement or refund, I was told that taking into account the time and energy it would take to process a return, would it be possible to keep the product and they would refund me $25. When I told them no, I would like my product replaced or a full refund they, unfortunately, told me no and $30 was the best they could do. Im writing this so you think twice about their two-year warranty, seems nice, if they actually applied it. I dont understand why you would offer a warranty if youre not willing to replace the product or provide a full refund when it breaks or doesnt work?
