My order was missing the end caps for the bedframe so Im waiting to hear from on that but everything else was included, assembly took closer to 4 hours with 2 people. The drawers do not have a track for the wheels. Bed doesnt creak, seems well made. I got some anti-cat tape for the upholstery so my cats dont shred it. The bed is shorter than I expected but still looks nice. Overall a nice, space efficient bedframe for my apartment.
