I ordered this for my bedroom and I was super excited. The package came and I started to assemble it. I open the box only to realize the entire frame (wooden slates) are missing. I was so disappointed. I tried to return it and they offered a replacement and since I really liked this bed, I agreed. The replacement came in 2 boxes and when I opened is some thread were hanging off the headboard. Again, I was disappointed and just decided to return it and look for something else.
