As for the return and exchange / it was seamless. UPS arrived the next day to take away wrong color and I received the correct one three days later.
I ordered the chair in light grey tweed. I received garnet. I immediately retaped the box and placed a return/replacement order. I hope the color I ordered arrives this time. I will update my review in a few days.
