I bought two of these, two days apart. First one came. It was easy to put together, comfortable, and looked good, so bought the second one. It came today. It was just as easy to put together, of course, and looks just as good, but the Velcro that holds the fabric back to the bottom of the chair is missing. I improvised with black tape for the time being until I can attach some Velcro. Not big enough of an issue to make me want to hassle with returning it, but still disappointed.
