This bed came exactly as pictured. It is very easy to put together with easy to follow directions! The only downfall was when I was assembling it, there was black grease or something all over the pieces and it got on a lot of my stuff. Customer service was very helpful and cleared things up in a timely manner and I was satisfied with their concern. Overall a good product.
