We like this bed, even ordered a second one. Be aware if you order the triple it comes in two boxes.bour came two days apart. When I called when I received the first box with no questions asked the chat person ordered it again for me. The second box came damaged with damaged parts, but we were able to get the other triple for 33%off to get a bunk bed for my mom's house. I was frustrated at first, but customer service was great even with the carona virus going on
