My father now uses a walker and we moved into rancher with kitchen that has breakfast bar. This chair is great. Easy for him to get in and out of. Allows him to sit down and then swivel toward the breakfast bar. Was worried wouldnt be sturdy enough because my dad is 62 and unsteady when getting up and down from chairs. But this chair is working great for him.
