Honestly, its a very decent couch especially for the price! Its super easy to assemble (they have instructions but it wasnt needed), and its very comfy! The chaise is a bit short but comparable to the size of the couch.
My one complaint is that the couch comes in 2 large boxes but I was provided only one tracking number, so when carton A arrived and I put together the chaise I naturally freaked out thinking my other half was lost, or never got shipped. Having only one tracking number I assumed that both boxes were tagged together or something, but nope there were two tracking numbers. Thankfully, there was another review I found where they had the same issue. I received the second box the next day and have no issues.
They ship through FedEx so I advise signing up for notifications because if you dont get both the same day and only have the ONE tracking number, FedEx notifies you that you have another package arriving without it.
Overall, fairly pleased!
