We ordered 8 of these chairs. So far, we are pleased with these chairs. They look really nice and are comfortable. As other reviewers have said, they are not super easy to assemble. The best advice is to not force the screws - it can be easy to cross-thread them. Start with trying to get the corner screws in first and just get them in enough to grab hold and then get the ones on the other side in. I only had one chair that I couldnt get to fit at all, so I had to drill out the holes a little more.
I must say that the customer service is great! We had 2 chairbacks that arrived damaged. I emailed the manufacturer (Round Hill Furniture Inc) with pictures and included their form and within a week we had 2 replacement chair backs!
