True to photo and reviews. Easy but time consuming to assemble, need a good Allen wrench (tool that comes with set strips easily and quickly). Way to likely avoid stripping is not to tighten until all screws in place per piece. Once assembled, furniture is attractive, sturdy, and comfortable. Good buy!
