We were super excited about this bed for our daughters 5th bday, but we just opened it and the slide is badly damaged. The box it came in was not damaged, so this had to have happened during manufacturing. We cant figure out how to reach them for a replacement, as I dont want to return the entire bed. I am so disappointed....
