At this point, Im giving only 3 stars due to arriving with a broken piece and their customer service being unable to handle a simple phone request. Their web form requires to you to state that everything else was in the box and nothing else was broken when you arent able to fully assemble due to the broken component. Ill update this review when I receive replacement part and am able to assemble the beds.
