I recently purchased a patio set from you, which included a table, four chairs and an umbrella. I set it up, opened the umbrella and a gust of wind took it and nearly threw it over the balcony. Luckily I was able to grab it and no damage was done. However, I had no idea that I would need a weighted base for the umbrella, which only became apparent when I nearly lost it! Since it seems that the base is an essential item, I do not know why it was not included in the set. Since I purchased a set, I would assume it had everything I needed. I am disappointed because what I thought was a great deal, turned out to be more expensive as I had to purchase a weighted base. I have an umbrella that is suppose to tilt but I cant figure out how. No picture instructions for it. Disappointed overall! Please be more honest about your products what is included what is not so we know up front! Also do not like the bar across the bottom front of the chair. Very hard to get up at 73 years of age.
