A lot of engineering went into the development, production and shipping of this chair. They spent money on good photos and a slick listing. And they spent as little as possible on the instructions. You will see exactly what I mean if you buy this otherwise quality product and stare at the cryptic drawings and pieces. For starters, their idea of Left does not agree with mine. Left as you sit in the chair or as you face the chair? Id say it is a 50/50 proposition, so why even bother slapping an L and R on the pieces when it isnt clear what L and R mean? I could go on but to be succinct, the assembly instructions are really poor. The other major issue is the poor finish on the wood pieces. They scratch really easily, like with a fingernail. But the chair looks nice and sits nice, once you get the cussed thing put together.
Penny foolish product
