I was originally a bit skeptical about this couch because of the mixed reviews. But I took a chance because Im on a budget and I am happy I did. The couch was late due to Covid related issues but as a compensation the seller kindly refunded the shippinghandling cost. The couch came already assembled, folded into the storage position. It was easy to figure out how to open it up and get the back rest to stop at the various angles (pull all the way forward, let it down, then gradually pull it up and it will click at each angle you can stop at). Its pretty comfy in the couch position and ok in the bed position. Overall, Im happy with my purchase.
