Very heavy bed. Instruction are hieroglyphic in nature and its really difficult to figure out which screws go where. The bed once we finally got it together and it does take two looks very nice. Worst part of the instructions is trying to get the bed base and the base of your mattress to fit correctly. No pre-drilled holes in the base To attach the top to it creates a very difficult fit. You will need a drill and a bit and a lot of patients. Once together the bed is comfortable and quite attractive in the room Im not disappointed in the bed, however it could have been much easier to put together with better instructions.
