It can handle anything from resting your legs on it, kids playing with toys, coloring (also easy to clean) and great laptop work area. The storage space underneath is a big bonus to store coloring books or anything else you want easy access to.
Is it hard to put together? The assembly was very easy to the point that I hardly had to look at the instructions. It took me all of 10 minutes to put together.
Is it too large/too small for the specific area I need it for? I was very pleased with how the size was just right. Im always trying to maximize space and this table has plenty of tabletop space while not compromising the area space around it.
