Great visual appeal, super sturdy, build quality lacking for obvious reasons
This table has a great visual aesthetic. The stately look has gotten some compliments but the build quality could be better.
After about 8 months the table has shown signs of wear on the black areas. Small chips have begun to show through. In a less functional space I dont think this would be an issue but my living room is used as an office area for a few different people and projects.
The top surface has yet to show signs of wear. With a little touch up paint it would look good as new. The chips are hardly noticeable but Im sure its rather obvious to more discerning people. Luckily most people are not very discerning.
Perhaps one day furniture will be made from wood but its hard to complain because I knew what I was buying.
Very sturdy though, two adults could sit on it as a bench.
