We are usually hesitant to order large heavy products online. Because usually the packaging doesn't hold up.
Sure enough the box was partially open, one corner of packaging material was exposed and several dents were visible for the outside.
We took pictures while opening the box expecting to see damage somewhere to the cart! All the while dreading the process to return or get replacement parts.
Well, to our surprise there was no damage at all. I appreciate the extra steps to properly insulate my product to insure that it is delivered intact.
