Originally sold as gaming chairs, it was soon discovered that these chairs are perfect when you want to sit on the floor but may want just a little more support. This is a pretty nice chair - low to the ground, but comfortable. The back can be adjusted so that youre sitting up straight or leaning back. The directions that came with it show a photo of the chair fully reclining back to 180° (lying flat), but the chair we received doesnt recline beyond an approximate 30° angle. Not sure if the directions are wrong or if the chair is flawed - the description on doesnt seem to indicate that it will recline back to a completely flat position, so maybe the wrong directions were in my box. The chair is made from memory foam, so it molds to the body sitting in the chair and then fluffs back up when no one is sitting in the chair. Well see how long the foam maintains its spring and how long it takes before it starts flattening out. The chair swivels completely around and the chair folds in half for easier storage. Its light weight so it can easily be moved from room to room as needed. Great choice for dorm rooms or the basement, but works just as well as a spare seat in the living room or bedroom.
