Damage to the arm finish was extreme and it was shipped with a wrong bolt
Love the chair but Id like a new right arm sent to me because the finish on the one received is pretty marred up. Also, the package clearly shows that there are 2 different size screws/bolts in on of the 2 quantity bubbles.
Otherwise we love the chair.
