Firstly, I love this table and it looks great in my space. The marble top is heavy and does not look cheap and the table is solid and sturdy. The assembly was simple with easy to follow instructions. My negative experience began when I contacted because the bottom shelf was damaged during shipping. The initial response was fast and I quickly completed the form with all the requested information and then nothing! I received the table on 11/18 and also submitted the completed form on 11/18 and to date I have not had any follow up from in regards to when I will receive the replacement shelf. This is unfortunate as I really love the table and other than this lack of/poor customer service it really is worth the money. Overall I would definitely recommend the table but will caution that if you have an issue you will likely be left waiting for a response.
