Noticed one of the arms had cut/damaged windings of the wicker, not of my doing, which had become unwound, so I emailed the company to notify them that I needed a replacement piece asap as I wanted the chairs assembled and done up for wifes birthday present. They immediately replied and were nice about it, wanting to help me get satisfied! But as I began going through the box, I noticed other things, three or four plastic end pieces on the circular bases had already fallen off. I noticed that the overall product was rather shoddily constructed, so I decided to just send all of it back for a full refund (wife noticed poor quality too, so it was off). They professionally and politely responded theyd give me a refund soon as they got it back. Then, I couldnt get it all back into the one box, so I had to obtain a second return label from (no problem) but I had to pay UPS an additional $9.81 for a second box for the rest of the parts that wouldnt fit back into the original box. So, I sent everything back via UPS, they received the 2 boxes on 5/4 and then 5/5 respectively - I still have not been refunded as of 5/21. I wont bash the company; they were immediate in getting back, very professional. Just not happy with the quality, and not satisfied with the refund delay.
