I received this set without the screws, the company responded to me within 2 days but overall another 7-8 days until I could assemble it. While sitting there, I was thinking the panels seemed cheap and its just a plastic weave, not really resin or wicker. I thought I might return it. At first it was a bit tricky to put together for some reason but actually seemed better quality and more solid once assembled. Its a petit set which is perfect for a small patio and it looks great. The chairs are a little lower than dining chair height. Cushion is thin but ok. Not meant for large people. Well see how it lasts outside.
