We purchased this on prime day for our nursery. It was fairly straight forward to assemble. The cushions are pretty soft and dont offer much support but its not bad. The ends of the arms are not ideal for a baby though because if youre nursing, babys head can (and has!) bumped it. So we have to keep a towel or soft blanket on the end of the arm to keep it covered and avoid brain damage to our baby while nursing or rocking to sleep. Also as you can see in the picture the buttons popped off and now the cushion looks all inflated. I can probably reset the button on but Im surprised by how poor the workmanship was. Its ok for what it is but I wouldnt buy it again and especially not for a nursery for the purpose of nursing/rocking baby.
