When the bed was first ordered, some pieces came damaged and even some missing. However upon contacting the distributor, they sent me a whole new set and told me to take the needed pieces and they'd come pick up the extras on the next day free of charge. The customer service was amazing and the bed in general was not that hard to assemble.
