?The 12in shower combo is really beautiful. The plumber had no issues hooking it up. The levers all work wonderfully. I would have given it 3 stars because we were having an issue with water hammering in our system but after contacting customers service they new what the issue was and sent us out a pair of proprietary check valves that fixed the issue I gave it 5 stars because the costumer service was very responsive and helpful and they sent me out the check valves for free and they came quickly.
They were easy enough to install and they fixed the water hammering issue that a certain amount of people have with this shower system.
After installing the check valves and having no water hammering in the system it is really a wonderful shower to have.
I have a video about the check valves so watch it and I hope it helps. If you go on YouTube I believe thats where I found the video about taking apart the handle and removing the valve so that I could install the two little check valves.
