Love the looks of this shower, I was warned when I bought it about the cheap water valve this company uses but I didnt listen. Immediately after installation we have issues with knocking in the water pipes. The plumber came back and had to cut into the wall to strap the pipes and lined them with a foam cover. This did nothing for the noise. The plumber researched it for me and discovered it is a reoccurring problem. I should have listened to the professionals and bought a brand name and not something from China. Will never happen again!! I contacted the customer service dept and am waiting for a reply. Hopefully they will respond and have a solution for me.
