I absolutely love my chair. Its so comfortable too. The only reasons I didnt give it a perfect score are:
/the merchant only gave me one tracking number causing me to assume all pieces would come at the same time or same box but they didnt. In fact the only reason I found out there were two shipments (because the main piece didnt arrive until 2/3 days later) was after I asked for a refund and only then was I given the second tracking number, and
/because I found it a tad difficult/tedious to put together the chair itself and some of the holes didnt initially line up.
