Easy to install, with two of us it took a little over an hour from unboxing to complete.
The wood is great quality and it sturdy.
We needed something with a that would fit a smaller bedroom (9x10) and it was a perfect fit. It definitely opened up the room for my daughter. The and underneath is functional and a great space for schoolwork. She has plenty of room on the for her computer and schoolwork/books.
