    Poor quality control and or poor handling by shipper or warehouse

    This bed arrived in a damaged box , and some of the boards were dented so bed was not perfectly new condition and it could use more slats to support the mattress , the bed is definitely not made to hold a adult even when the kids get in it seems to rock a bit
