This was a nice chair for my husband to sit in and play video s in my sons room. We used it probably 7 times and then it just broke while my husband was sitting on it. (Luckily he was all right and did not get injured!) I reached out to manufacturer for support but have not yet gotten a response. I dont know if its able to be repaired or if I am confident it wont break again. A shame b/c it was comfortable and easy to use, nice color, etc. I hope someone from the manufacturer/seller will reach out to fix this issue or replace the chair.
Update: Got in touch with Manufacturer and they fully refunded the chair. Said they were making improvements to it. We loved the chair and may order another to see if its really improved. Great company customer service. Thank you!
